We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED, subject to 3.4% online transaction fees. We also accept bank transfer payments for more information, please download bank transfer instructions.

Badge Collection for Physical Passes

Badge collection is open from April 12, 2025 at 08:00 onwards in the pre-function area of the venue.

Delegates will be required to take the following steps:

  • Step 1: Sign in on the onsite system, validate their details
  • Step 2: Print out their name badge with QR code
  • Step 3: Scan their QR code before every session to ensure gaining CME points.

Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the code necessary to receive CME credit, and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

Onsite Registration for Physical Passes

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on April 12, 2025 at 08:00 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Cancellations / Refunds / No Shows

One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
